Standout Jobs

I had never even heard of standout jobs... it was nice to see a site to win off the normal track. It was easy to use and well laid out(or for my personal preferences it was) It is a recruiting site for companies and it appears to be slightly more selective in posts, clients, etc than monster.com or career builder. There is both an area for recruiters and job seekers.
